Smashed or cracked glass
If the glass in the window is smashed or cracked, it's an emergency. Please always report an emergency by phone on 0800 3 282 282. You can contact us to report an emergency on this number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
What to expect
We'll board up or tape the window to make it safe. We won't replace broken glass unless it's the result of a criminal act. If it was a criminal act you must report it to the police, and they'll give you a crime reference number.
Chipped glass
If the glass in your window is chipped, it isn't an emergency. Please report this as a routine repair.
Help us fix it faster
When reporting a window repair, it's always helpful to tell us what the frame is made of, for example, wood or UPVC.
