Marie Victoire from our Safer Homes team, won the Future Leader award at the first ever G15 Ethnicity in Housing Awards.
The G15, in collaboration with UNIFY, hosted the inaugural G15 Ethnicity in Housing Awards which recognised Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people in the housing sector.
Marie was nominated for her championing of diversity, equality and inclusion issues, her work as Chair of the Junior Board and her general insight and support across the business. Marie’s colleagues have described her as an inspiration to all and a ‘selfless, can do’ person.
Following her win Marie said: “I’m absolutely over the moon to have won this award. My nomination was a complete surprise and I’m grateful to those who were responsible for my nomination. I feel privileged and grateful for this recognition.”
The awards ceremony was held on 11 May at the Museum of London Docklands.
