Mutual exchange - initial request to change form

The mutual exchange process can only begin once an exchange partner has been found. You will need your exchange partner's household details to complete this form. Please ensure that both yourself and your exchange partner meet the eligibility requirements. Please note only one applicant needs to complete the form and this should be the current Hyde resident.

Include the address and tenancy reference number if you have it
Include any children/infants
