Our Digital Programme is empowering customers to manage their homes effectively, as well as making us more efficient.
After listening to customer feedback, we're starting to introduce more services online. Currently customers can check their accounts, pay their rent and service charges and we are rolling out booking appointments such as gas service checks and repairs.
Eventually, we expect about 75% of services will be delivered digitally. This will enable customers to pay their bills and book a repair at a time that suits them. They’ll be able to track progress and give feedback about the service they’ve received.
