At Hyde, we want to build stronger relationships and get closer to our customers and the communities we serve.
That’s why we’re delighted that our customers in Brighton & Hove came out to our neighbourhood drop-in session recently.
The session provided an opportunity for customers to speak to us directly about their Hyde services, whether it was help with their service charges, to report a repair or advice around damp, mould and condensation.
Luke Driscoll, Hyde’s Borough Lead for Brighton & Hove, said:
“Thank you to everyone who came out to our drop-in event. Similar events in other areas have been really popular with local residents – and we’re delighted that this one had such a great turnout.
“As the borough lead for this community, I want to make sure that we’re building positive relationships with our customers and stakeholders in Brighton & Hove and I’m pleased to be leading this approach. Thank you also to Cllr Tim Rowkins and Customer Voice who joined us for a walkabout of our Phoenix Estate.”
Our Neighbourhoods and Specialist Housing service is bringing us closer to our neighbourhoods. Through these events we’re providing our customers a space to voice their concerns, share their ideas and connect with us and each other.
Eileen, Hyde customer, who’s been living in her home for more than 10 years, said:
“I’m really pleased with the session Hyde held for us – the residents of Brighton & Hove.
“I was notified about the event through an email Hyde sent and found it useful. It was great to speak to someone face to face and raise issues that we had. I’m especially pleased that I got to meet my new Neighbourhood Officer and look forward to seeing more of him in my neighbourhood.
“It’s good to have that point of contact. We’re looking forward to more sessions like this.”
