Stockwell colleagues have relocated from the Clapham Road office, to our newly refurbished Old Laundry community centre.
The multi million pound investment to the Old Laundry has included asbestos removal, as well as other improvements such as refurbishing the main community space, the Young People Matter offices, landscaping the outside and renovating the basketball court.
The office isn’t open to customers, but you can still access our services in the usual ways. MyAccount provides you with a safe and secure platform to check your rent and service charge accounts, and to make payments at any time. You can access all our online forms and our traditional services through our Property Managers, Tenancy Officers and ASB Officers.

We’re now working with a local GP practice and the council on transforming our old Clapham Road office into a much needed health centre for the area.
