The quietest times to call are 10am-12pm and 2-4pm on Tuesday-Friday. Our busiest day is Monday.
Our Customer Service team are available Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. You can use the same number outside of these hours to access our 24 hour emergency repairs service.
Our Income team are available to call from 9am-5pm only. If you’re calling to make a payment or check your balance, the easiest way is to sign up to MyAccount and do this all online. There are also other ways to make a payment.
If you're reporting a repair, please select option 2 for repairs then listen to the options and select the contractor for your area. Find out who your contractor is.
