Training and support we provide for our residents

All of our customers can get involved in some way if they want to. We provide different opportunities so that it’s easy to have your say, whatever your lifestyle or situation.

We know that some people may find it daunting to get involved with their landlord, especially if that means going to a meeting in an office or online. Our customer involvement team provide support and training for our customers to make sure that there are no barriers to you taking part.

We can reimburse out of pocket expenses for our activities – this is explained more in our expenses policy. You need to speak to a member of the Customer Involvement Team before making any bookings as we cannot guarantee to reimburse you otherwise.
