Sometimes we need to send money to our customers. This could be a refund, compensation, or something else. We’ve partnered with Payit™, to make it quick and easy to send money straight to your bank account. Payit™ is provided by NatWest, but you don’t need to be a NatWest customer to use it. All you need is online banking.
Payit™ is a multi-award-winning payment solution. It uses Open Banking technology for safe and secure payments.

If we need to send you money, it’s likely we’ll use Payit™ to do so. We’ll send you an email or text message with a link to claim the amount that we’ve agreed. Follow the steps and your money will be with you in no time at all. You’ll see your own bank details when you’re in the Payit™ site, but don’t worry, no card details or information is stored or shared in any way.
When you’ve received your link through email or text, follow the steps:
- Click on the ‘Claim Funds’ link
- Follow the simple verification steps
- Choose Payit™
- Choose your bank from the list
- Sign in to your usual online or mobile banking
- Choose the account you want to receive funds into
- Confirm, and you’re done.
