Resident project meeting
Our next resident project meeting will be held on Wednesday 8 May 2024 at 12pm. Invites will be sent nearer to the date.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we continue our discussions with Rydon about the remedial work at Coade Court. We understand the inconvenience and frustration about the slow progress, but this is a complex legal matter that’s regrettably taking longer than we’d hoped.

Evacuation strategy
A temporary fire alarm system is in place at Coade Court. The fire safety strategy has changed from ‘stay put’ to ‘simultaneous evacuation’. If you discover, or are alerted to a fire, you must immediately evacuate the building.
