Following feedback and meetings with our external consultants, our next meeting will now be held on Wednesday 24 January 2024 at 1pm. We’ll update you if any developments become available before them.
Invitations will be sent out via email ahead of the meeting.
A temporary fire alarm system is in place at Coade Court. The fire safety strategy has changed from ‘stay put’ to ‘simultaneous evacuation’. If you discover, or are alerted to a fire, you must immediately evacuate the building.

Clarification on costs for leaseholders
We can confirm that in line with the Building Safety Act 2022, Hyde is your landlord and was the developer or was associated with the developer who was responsible for the design and construction of Coade Court. By ‘developer’ we mean that Hyde appointed Rydon Construction Ltd as the Principal Contractor.
This means we can’t pass on charges to leaseholders which relate to the costs of remediation works to “relevant defects”. The works identified are classed as “relevant defects”, as outlined in the Building Safety Act.
