We’re delighted to have been jointly awarded Highly Commended in the 'Deal of the Year – Residential' category at this year’s RESI awards.
The awards, organised by Property Week, recognise excellence in residential property.
We were recognised for our ground breaking partnership with M&G Investments, which introduces new long-term funding to build more affordable homes to help home owners take their first steps in the housing market.

John Laing were the category winners for Brigid Senior Living Platform, and we shared Highly Commended with Galliard Homes and Aspley House Capital for Soho Wharf.
The winners are chosen by an individual panel of judges from the property industry, and were announced at a ceremony on 11 May.
