Our vulnerability policy
Developed with the help from customers, our policy outlines how we’re able to make reasonable adjustments, so we can provide the best possible service to customers that have told us about a vulnerability they have.
We’ve defined a vulnerability as:
“Vulnerability is the potential for a customer or a member of their household to have a temporary or permanent reduction in capacity or resilience due to physical health, mental health or a situation that could increase adverse risk to the person’s wellbeing.”
