About you

Notice will be taken as follows - either four weeks from the date you submit this form (monthly tenancies), or from the Monday following submission of this notice (for weekly tenancies). Please check your tenancy agreement for details.
By giving this Notice you will bring the tenancy to an end. If notice is given by only one of joint tenants, it brings the tenancy to an end both for yourself and for the joint tenant.
