Exploring a partnership opportunity with Tower Hamlets Community Housing
We’ve shared the news that we’re discussing a potential partnership with Tower Hamlets Community Housing (THCH).
While these conversations are still at an early stage, we wanted to let customers know and share a few more details.
Andy Hulme, Chief Executive Officer at the Hyde Group, commented: “THCH provides around 3,000 homes in a thriving and diverse part of east London, neighbouring areas where we operate ourselves. It’s a great organisation that shares our commitment to customers and communities.
“Exploring partnerships with organisations that share our values and focus on customers is part of our long-term strategy to help us do more for our customers.
“We’re at early stages of our conversations with the THCH team, but we wanted to let our customers know as soon as possible. There’s no change expected for existing customers, and we’ll keep people updated as we move forwards.”
If the partnership goes ahead, Hyde customers won’t see any change in who their landlord is, but we’ll make sure to share the latest news with customers promptly. We’ll also be listening to any feedback shared through our customer groups.
With Hyde’s local approach and dedication to community, this partnership will bring stability and the opportunity to do more of what matters to residents – safe and decent homes, great services, and strong communities, all tied together with a real voice in how things work.
