We’d love to hear from you – come and help shape our neighbourhoods
In January, we launched our new neighbourhood model - changing the way we manage our homes, schemes and neighbourhoods. We’re continuously looking at ways to improve our services, so we’ve now created our Neighbourhoods and Building Safety Group and want to hear from you.
The group will be formed of our customers from all regions, who’ll have the opportunity to find out about planned changes and help influence our services.
Lesley Smith, our Head of Neighbourhoods and Building Safety, said: “We’re improving our services and becoming closer to our customers and the communities we serve, so we want you to get involved.”
“We’ll be working closely with the group to hear about your experiences on our new localised neighbourhood model and building safety. This will include how we’re meeting the requirements of the Building Safety Act for high rise buildings.”
The aims of the group are to:
- Ensure we’re all doing our part to keep you and your homes safe
- Incorporate residents' views and feedback in our neighbourhood communication plans
- Assess how well our neighbourhood model is performing.
Customers who join will have the opportunity to help us shape our neighbourhoods and building safety approach. You’ll also have the chance to help shape future policies as well as share feedback about your experiences and on our performance.
The group will meet every three months. Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday 11 June 2024, 6-7pm on Zoom.
