We're pleased to share that we have successfully completed the necessary surveys in individual flats to assess our remediation options.
Now that the inspections are concluded, we’re in the process of reviewing the results. We’ll provide you with an update in the first quarter of next year, even if a conclusion has not been reached.
Thank you for your continued support and patience while we explore our remediation options in line with fire and building safety regulations.
Project: What we are doing
An independent fire expert has identified compartmentation issues at Foreshore, which meant we had to change the building’s evacuation policy from ‘stay put’ to ‘simultaneous evacuation’, which must be supported by a waking watch. We’re currently exploring options for remedial works.
Programme
We will update customers with a programme of works once a contractor has been appointed.
