The success of the Hyde Quality Standard relies on close working relationships with our partner contractors Property Maintenance, Mears and Anglian, to ensure consistent quality and workmanship. You'll be notified who'll be installing your new kitchen, bathroom, doors or windows by your Resident Liaison Officer.

Property Maintenance

Property Maintenance is our in-house service provider, carrying out responsive repairs, planned improvement work and gas servicing for more than 35,000 of our homes across London, Kent, the south and south east of England.  


Social housing repairs and maintenance provider Mears carries out refurbishment and repairs across our homes in the south east and the Midlands. 

Anglian Building Products 

Anglian Building Products is the project division of Anglian Windows. It replaces windows and external doors on Hyde’s flats, maisonettes and houses.


Need a repair?

Hyde is responsible for some of the repairs and maintenance to its homes; however some repairs are the tenants’ responsibility (always check your tenancy agreement). For more details visit the Repairs responsibilities page.
