Parking

The parking bays in front of Arlington Avenue will remain suspended to allow for storage and the removal of the scaffold.

EWS

We’re sorry for the delay with the EWS being issued.

We’re chasing our fire engineer and will share it with you as soon as it’s been issued.

What we’re doing

We’re inserting vertical and/or horizontal fire barriers in the render system and all rendered areas will be over-rendered with a new topcoat.

We’re installing a horizontal barrier to the ‘Shadow gap’ - a new perimeter barrier to the base to balconies and private terraces and a vertical barrier to window reveal.

EWS1 forms

Along with a fire risk assessment and external wall inspection, an EWS1 survey will be carried out at the end of the project, which’ll be issued to leaseholders and shared owners.

If you want to find out more about EWS1 forms, please visit our EWS page, where you can find an overview of the issues surrounding external wall surveys and the answers to most frequently asked questions.
