Wipers

Wipers is a a pilot programme in partnership with Dragon Hall through which we are developing relationships with local young people, wider community groups and relevant agencies

Prospex

A local youth charity, helping young people tackling the underlying social issues using positive projects and training, Prospex offer outreach, sports and centre-based activities for young people aged 11-24. They also offer community projects, including Kitchen Social which has 60 food hubs across London, and training courses. In partnership with Hyde and Southern Housing, Prospex leads weekly detached and outreach sessions for young people, aged 11-24, engaging with young people on estates to support their needs, signpost them to local opportunities and encourage them to reach their potential. This could be through sports, further education, enhanced employment opportunities or just having someone to speak to.

The Arc

This is a multi-functional community space on Hyde’s Packington estate in Islington. The Arc is home to a diverse programme of community projects, from physical activities for older people through to arts projects. The Arc also provides a community garden and food bank, which has supported more than 70 local households during the coronavirus pandemic.

AiRing CIC

This community programme brings together Londoners, their neighbours and their city through creative activity in unlikely spaces. AiRing CIC curate and produce progressive community arts projects and collaborate with residents, artists, local authorities, housing associations, charities and community organisations. Hyde is working in partnership with AiRing CIC to offer participatory arts projects open to everyone living on the Packington estate in Islington, such as 'Packiton 2020' and Packington Art 2021.
