Chair of the Group Remuneration and Appointments Committee
Mandy is Chair of our Group Remuneration and Appointments Committee.
She started her career in human resources in UK and US manufacturing, before holding senior roles in financial services and higher education.
She now leads on people, culture and ways of working for about 3,500 staff at the House of Commons and the Parliamentary Digital Service, and advises MPs in their role as employers. Mandy is Visiting Professor of HR Management at London South Bank University and holds a number of non-executive roles in social housing.
