Member of the Group Investment Committee and Group Finance Committee
Gordon is a member of our Group Investment Committee and our Group Finance Committee. He’s currently also non-executive director at Sigma Property Capital, Kingswood Homes and Allison Homes, and is a senior adviser to JLL and the Housing Growth Partnership.
Gordon was Chief Investment Officer at Homes England for seven years, before taking over as interim Chief Executive Officer in 2021, while a new permanent CEO was recruited. He has 40 years’ experience in housing, real estate finance and corporate banking and has held a number of board and committee roles at organisations working in the housing, social investment, banking and property sectors.
