Karen is Chair of our Group Housing Services Board. She’s Chief Investment Officer at Avon/Natura & Co, and a non-executive director at CFL.
Karen is originally from New Zealand and has held various global Technology, Digital and Shared Services leadership positions in consumer goods, performance engineering and retail organisations.
