Our Group Board is responsible for setting the overall strategy for the group, financial planning and monitoring and taking an overview of our performance. 

Some of the Group Board's responsibilities are delegated to other committees, such as those for Operations, Investment, Audit, and Remuneration and Appointments.

The Group Board members are remunerated for their services to Hyde. Each Board Member is paid £11,550 a year except the Group Chair who is paid £26,000 a year. In addition to this, Board Members who also act as Committee Chairs are paid £5,775 a year for each Committee that they chair. 

For the year ended 31 March 2015, our Chair Mark Sebba was paid £0.52 for each home that we manage (£0.47 for 2013/14).
