What is Lanecroft?
Lanecroft (Lanecroft Homes Limited) is a for-profit registered provider, which is jointly owned by Hyde Group and L&G through a 50/50 partnership called Halesworth Lanecroft Partners Holdco Limited.
In March 2026, following consultation with customers, around 1,000 homes were acquired by the partnership from Hyde. Shared ownership homes were placed in Lanecroft, which is the landlord.
By creating this partnership, we can deliver more affordable homes across the UK.
