What is Halesworth?
Halesworth (Halesworth Limited) is a for-profit registered provider, which is jointly owned by Hyde Group and L&G through a 50/50 partnership called Halesworth Lanecroft Partners Holdco Limited.
In March 2026, following consultation with customers, around 1,000 homes were acquired by the partnership from Hyde. Homes for social rent were placed in Halesworth, which is the landlord.
By creating this partnership, we can deliver more affordable homes across the UK.
