We'd like to apologise to our customers at Luke House for the issues that they've been experiencing with their water supply.

Our teams are onsite to restore the water supply as soon as possible. We're also checking in on all customers, and we've provided large amounts of bottled water too.

Our local office and the Tarling Community Centre are open for any customers that need somewhere to go. We'll continue to regularly communicate with customers to ensure that everybody is kept updated.

We're Cyber Essential Plus certified

Cyber Essentials is a cyber security standard designed by the UK Government. This certification scheme is based on five key technical measures designed to prevent the vast majority of common cyber security attacks.

By achieving Cyber Essentials Plus certification, we have demonstrated via an independent audit that we are dedicated to protecting ourselves and our customers.
