The kitchen tap is leaking

The leak only happens when the tap is turned on

If water only leaks from the pipework when you turn the tap on, it isn’t an emergency. You should report this as a routine repair.

The leak is constant, even when the tap is turned off

If water is leaking from the pipework constantly, even when the tap is turned off, it’s an emergency. Please call us on 0800 3 282 282. You can contact us on this number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
