The leak only happens when you fill or empty the bath

If the bath is leaking when you fill or empty it, it isn’t an emergency but we’ll fix it as a priority. Please report as a routine repair.

The leak is constant, even when the bath is empty

If the bath is leaking even when it’s empty, it’s an emergency. Please call us on 0800 3 282 282. You can contact us on this number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the meantime, please put the plug in and don’t use the bath.

Good to know

Can you stop the water supply using the isolator valve? Find out how to use your inside stop valve to turn off the water supply in this video from Thames Water.
