I have a problem with my alarm

If there’s a problem with any of the alarms in your home please contact us. Alarms include smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, heat detectors and communal alarms.

Help us fix it faster

If you can, please let us know if the alarm is battery- or mains-operated. You can find this out by looking in your fuse box and checking to see if there is a fuse for the alarm. If you’ve changed batteries in your alarm in the past, it doesn’t necessarily mean it is fully battery-operated (most alarms have back-up batteries).
