If you have any urgent issues, or your heating has stopped working, please call us on 0800 3 282 282. It’s our responsibility to ensure that the supply within your building is well maintained and we’ll make sure you have drinking water.
It’s also important that you report any issues to Thames Water by calling them on 0800 316 9800 or by visiting their website.
It’s their responsibility to ensure there is sufficient water pressure coming into your building.
Current situation: We’re pleased to say that we’ve now completed the work to improve water pressure in our blocks. We won’t be providing any more updates unless there are further issues or we’re carrying out more work.
