We’re happy for our customers to install video doorbells on their homes, and you don’t need to ask us permission.
However, you're required to use the device responsibly and only for seeing who is at your door, which is what it's intended for.
You may be investigated if you're found to be using it incorrectly. For example, if it’s pointing at your neighbour’s property or any communal space far away from your own front door.
