I haven't received a voucher or the amount looks wrong
We’ve sent voucher codes to all eligible households with children in reception to Year 11 (school year starting in September 2026).
We wrote to every household asking customers to update their household details by Wednesday 20 May, so we could check who needs a voucher.
If you didn't do this to show that you have school-age children in your home, we haven't sent you a voucher because we couldn't confirm you needed one using our data.
If we have your email address, it was sent by email. Your voucher will come from The Hyde Group ([email protected]). We sent the codes to the lead tenant email.
Please add this to your safe senders list or check your junk folder so you don’t miss it.
If this isn’t up to date, the email we have for the lead tenant will have received the voucher code. If you’ve not got access to this email, contact us at [email protected].
If you’d like to receive communications like this by email, please update your details by going to MyAccount or calling us on 0800 3 282 282.
The vouchers are also available if you are a foster carer, guardian or special guardian.
Please email [email protected] if you have any queries about the vouchers.
-
I don't have an email address, or I have asked Hyde not to contact me by email
If you don’t have an email address or have asked us not to email you, then we've sent you a letter with your voucher code.
If you haven't received it you can contact us at [email protected] or by calling us on 0800 3 282 282 to ask about your voucher.
-
How long is the voucher valid for?
The voucher will be valid until 31 October 2026.

How much is delivery?

The £4.98 will be enough to cover the cost of 1 delivery. If you choose to use your voucher over multiple orders, you may need to pay for delivery after your first order.

I still need help with school uniform costs
Some local councils offer grants to help with the cost of school uniforms, especially for families with children transitioning to secondary school.
Check your local council website for details. If they do not have a specific school uniform fund, under the Crisis and Resilience Fund, councils in England can access funding to help people most in need with the cost of daily essentials, including school clothing.
Many schools also provide help with uniform – access to grants and second-hand uniform shops. Check your school’s website for more information.
You can also look online for grants and financial support from places such as Turn2Us and Lightning Reach.
If you’re worried that buying uniform will make it difficult to pay your rent over the summer, we can help. Call our Customer Services Team on 0800 3 282 282. You can also find financial help and support.

We know that not everybody has access to the internet. Asking friends and family for help can be a good option. You can often get free wi-fi locally, including in libraries and museums.
Online Centres Network provide access to the internet and help using it. Some centres also offer training courses. These services are usually free. Enter your postcode to search for centres in your area.
-
How are the vouchers being funded?
The vouchers are thanks to Hyde Charitable Trust and social value contributions from our partners, including Trutex.
Rent and service charges are not used to fund these.
