We’re proud to announce that Hyde New Homes has won a ‘Gold Award’ for customer satisfaction for the thirteenth consecutive year. 

The award is based on customer feedback and is run by the independent market researcher, In-house Research. 

The award recognises housebuilders and housing associations who have delivered excellent levels of customer satisfaction and reflects Hyde’s strong commitment to providing a positive experience for our customers at every stage of their home buying journey. 

98.7% of shared ownership buyers said they would recommend Hyde to their friends, colleagues, or family members.  

We also achieved a fantastic Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 71.9, a widely recognised measure of customer recommendation based on customer responses to a single question about how likely customers are to recommend us, highlighting strong levels of satisfaction.
