Pinnacle Group expands partnership with Zen Housing in Camden
Pinnacle will manage 60 homes at Camden Goods Yard

Pinnacle Group has added 60 intermediate rent apartments to its growing portfolio with Zen Housing, a for-profit registered provider (FPRP).
The homes, in Market House, are part of Camden Goods Yard, a landmark regeneration development that’s transforming a former industrial site into a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood close to Chalk Farm and Primrose Hill in North London. All 60 homes are expected to be fully let in August.

The Camden Goods Yard scheme takes Pinnacle's Zen Housing portfolio to 400 homes, emphasising the rapid growth of the partnership and a shared commitment to deliver high-quality affordable housing nationwide.
Pinnacle recently took handover of 85 Zen homes in New Malden, South West London, with a further 60 coming under the company's management in the coming months.

Pinnacle has become the manager of choice for around a quarter of all FPRPs registered with the Regulator of Social Housing, reflecting its growing reputation for delivering high-quality, resident-focused housing management services nationwide.
