We've completed 163 new affordable homes at Stories Wharf, a riverside development in North Woolwich, located a stone’s throw from the Woolwich ferry.
Providing a mix of 70 shared ownership homes and 93 homes for affordable rent, the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments benefit from waterside views and fast connections around London. There’s also a shared play space, plus seating, communal growing areas, and four roof terraces overlooking the river Thames.
Meeting EPC band B, the homes benefit from a centralised heating plant, and solar panels to improve energy efficiency and reduce running costs for residents. The development, delivered by Formation Design & Build, features secure under croft parking and cycle storage, as well as a landscaped podium garden.
