You can use the same number outside of these hours to access our 24 hour emergency repairs service.
If you're a Hyde customer and wish to speak to our Income team, they're available to call Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Wednesday 10am - 5pm). If you’re calling to make a payment or check your balance, the easiest way is to sign up to MyAccount and do this all online. There are also other ways to make a payment.
If you're reporting a repair for a Hyde home, please select option 2 for repairs then listen to the options and select the contractor for your area. Find out who your contractor is.

Homeowner service centre
We're in the process of rolling out our brand new Homeowner service centre - a dedicated service designed to give you faster, more effective support.
While we make improvements, we're currently experiencing longer response times than our usual 10-day target.
Once fully up and running, you'll be able to speak directly with a specialist Homeowner team who can handle many of your enquiries there and then, over the phone. We know that waiting longer than expected is frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while we make these improvements. we’re working hard to respond to all outstanding enquiries as quickly as possible.

- You don’t need to contact us again — your enquiry is in our queue
- If your matter is urgent, please call us so we can prioritise accordingly.
