From 6 July 2026, Hyde became your landlord and all Arhag homes and services transferred to Hyde. We explained this process would take place when we consulted with Arhag customers about the organisation joining Hyde earlier in the year.
The Arhag website (www.arhag.co.uk) closed on 14 July and you can now find all the information you need about our services on the Hyde website
What this means for you
If you were previously an Arhag customer, your tenancy and rights have not changed. Your tenancy agreement, rent and service charges remain the same.
There is no change to the services you receive. You can continue to manage your home, report repairs, make payments and contact us through Hyde.Manage your home online
