What can I do on MyAccount?
Your account
- Check your account balance and download a statement
- Make a rent or service charge payment
- See the breakdown of past, current and future service charges. To see the details of a service charge click on “Charge name”
- Make an enquiry about your rent or service charges.
Repairs
- Tenants can book a repair and track the progress (click the link to see a video guide)
- Tenants can report damp, mould and condensation
- All customers can report a communal repair or issue (eg lift, communal door entry, lighting).
Enquiries
- Live chat with a customer service officer Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- Make an enquiry about a mutual exchange
- Make an enquiry about your tenancy
- Give us your feedback, including making a complaint.
Your details
- Update your email or phone number to make sure you never miss a message
- Update your personal details - register a change of name, add your pronouns, gender and title, or update your correspondence address.
