Pinnacle Group grows partnership with Principal Asset Management

Pinnacle Group has been appointed by global investment manager Principal Asset Management to operate 143 build to rent homes in Queen's Park, north west London.
The homes at the Compass Collection are part of the North West Quarter development. The development, which includes co-working space and communal gardens, is part of a wider scheme, which will deliver 205 homes alongside commercial space, NHS facilities and affordable workspace.
The Compass Collection homes will be completed in phases, with 48 apartments already handed over; the remaining 95 homes are expected to be completed in early 2027.
Pinnacle Investments acted as asset manager on behalf of Principal, advising on the operations and providing ongoing strategic management of the investment. The homes will be managed by Place by Pinnacle, Pinnacle Group's specialist residential and Build to Rent platform, alongside Pinnacle Investments as asset manager.
Residents will benefit from professionally managed homes, responsive customer service, digital resident services, repairs coordination, building safety oversight and a strong focus on community-building and resident wellbeing.

The relationship between Pinnacle Group, Pinnacle Investments and Principal was established earlier this year through a 66-home Build to Rent development in the Clapham Park regeneration scheme in South London.
