Hyde’s new COO meets Sutton Court residents

Posted on 19 December 2022

Our new Chief Operating Officer Neal Ackcral popped in to see residents at Sutton Court, Peterborough on 5 December, to chat over tea and coffee in the communal lounge.

Neal, who was joined by Liz Oliver, our new Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods Director, said: “We manage about 4,000 sheltered and supported homes and our aim is to help residents maintain their independence for as long as possible. This means giving them safe and comfortable homes, providing specialist support and also helping to build a sense of community to combat loneliness and isolation."

"As part of my new role, I’ll be visiting a number of our sheltered schemes in the run-up to Christmas, to speak to our residents in person, to hear what we do well and where we can do better.”
