We’ve retained our Investors in People (IIP) Gold award.
We’re delighted to say that we’ve gained this award again. Our colleagues told the assessors that Hyde is a great place to work because of our professionalism, teamwork, collaboration, innovation and above all our culture and people.
Sue Bunt, our Head of Organisational Development, said: “Only 25% of organisations who go for this award get gold, so this is a great achievement for Hyde”.
The IIP is a mark of high business performance and people management, and we’re proud to have held the Gold award since 2013.
