Our Charlton Riverside development has been shortlisted in the 2023 Planning Awards for 'Best use of brownfield land'.
Our proposals for Herringham Quarter at Charlton Riverside will take an existing industrial site situated close to the Thames Barrier and transform it, creating a new neighbourhood.
The scheme will provide up to 1,200 homes of which 40% will be affordable, along with new modern employment space.
Our plans will open up the riverfront, improve access and create new public space which will benefit not only the new residents, but the wider existing local community.
Guy Slocombe, our Chief Investment Officer said: “I’m delighted that Charlton Riverside has been shortlisted. Our plans will provide new affordable housing for Greenwich, open up views across the river and provide new open spaces.
"As well as building these much-needed homes, we’ll be contributing to new bus services and new roads to support local infrastructure.”
