From 1 April 2022, ENGIE, our contractor for Kent, Bromley and Croydon officially changed its name to EQUANS.
This means you’ll see changes to our contractor’s branding over the next couple of months, including uniforms, signs, vehicles and their communications with you (for example telephone calls and letters).
Please be assured that customers won’t be affected by the name change as EQUANS will continue to deliver refurbishment and repair works across our homes with the same team, promising to deliver the same great service to our homes and communities.
EQUANS’ Business Development and CSR Director, Richard Ray said: “Our service and commitment to the local community, customers and residents will not be affected. We’ll continue to deliver works to Hyde’s residents, but under our new brand. It will be the same team, providing the same great service.”
EQUANS currently works in partnership with Hyde to deliver planned maintenance to our homes, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, heating upgrades, external wall insulations and other external works.
