The window is on the first floor or above

If you can't close the window, and you're on the first floor or above, it isn't an emergency. Please report as a routine repair.

The window is on the ground floor

If the window is on the ground floor and you can’t close it, it’s an emergency. Please call us on 0800 3 282 282. You can contact us on this number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Help us fix it faster

When reporting a window repair, it's always helpful to tell us what the frame is made of, for example, wood or UPVC.
