Hyde installed the washing machine

This isn’t an emergency – you should report as a routine repair. Please turn the washing machine off and don’t use it until it’s been repaired.

We don’t repair washing machines installed by others. You should speak to whoever installed the machine or contact a plumber.

If you're unsure who installed the washing machine, you can check the 'service charge' part of your rent statement for 'white goods'.
