If the communal door in your building doesn’t open or close then it’s an emergency. Please call us on 0800 3 282 282. You can contact us on this number 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We’ll attend and make the door safe as quickly as possible. If specialist parts are needed, the repair may take longer, but the door will be safe.
The intercom on the communal door is broken
A faulty intercom isn’t an emergency, but we’ll repair it as soon as possible. Please report as a communal repair.

Help us fix it faster
When reporting a door repair, it is always helpful to tell us what the frame is made of, for example, wood or UPVC, and whether the door is operated by a key or a fob.
