I understand that by giving this Notice I bring the garage rental to an end.

I accept a charge (and/or deduction from deposit) may be made if the garage requires an undue amount of repair before it may be reasonably offered for re-let.

I will return the keys to the Association before midday on the date this notice ends. Failure to return the keys on time will result in extra rent being due.

I understand that rent is payable until the keys are returned and the Association has possession of the property.

I understand that I must arrange removal of all my belongings and rubbish from the garage.

I understand that if I do not remove my rubbish and belongings, then Hyde may charge me for clearance and disposal.
