If you've lost your fob to a communal area or you just need an additional set for other members of your household, please contact us.
Please be aware that we no longer deal with fob requests via our receptions.
Before we provide you with a new fob, you will be required to confirm that you are a Hyde resident and make the required payment by phone.
We can’t provide:
- keys to front doors of your property (read more about repairs responsibilities)
- keys for windows and post-boxes - these are given to you when you first move in.

The communal fob to my property/car park gates has been stolen. What can I do?
If your key has been stolen, please report it to the police and provide us with a crime reference number. If you don’t have a crime reference number, then you will need to pay for the key. Please contact us to request a replacement.

Do I have to pay for a replacement fob?
All residents are given two or three fobs when they move into their home. You will be charged for any extra fobs required after sign-up.

What is the cost for a communal fob?
Charges are based on the costs of the fobs. The charges are as follows:
- £20 for communal front door
- £37 for communal car park gates

How long will it take to be delivered?
It will depend on the type of fob you require.
Once the request has been sent to our contractors, they will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery timescales within 48 hours.
