Voluntary lease extension - application form

If you have nominated a solicitor, please provide their name, address and telephone number
This fee can be paid by contacting the Home Ownership Team on 0800 3282 282 or requesting a call back through our contact us form. The Fee is non-refundable, and if you choose to accept Hyde’s Lease Extension Offer Notice you will then become liable for payment of the remaining legal fees and the agreed Lease Extension Premium
