Arthur Deakin House, Boden House, Hanbury House, Hobsons Place, McGlashon House, Vollasky House
Thames Water is continuing work in the E1 area and, unfortunately, during this time you’re likely to see periods of low and no pressure to your water supply.
We’re continuing to monitor the situation, and we know that the pressure is still fluctuating in E1.
We’re almost there in terms of the infrastructure for new pipework for your building, which should help with the fluctuating water pressure.
For customers at Arthur Deakin House and Vollasky House – the ground surveys are starting this week, and we’re hoping that the excavation will then start next week
We’re hoping that we can confirm the start dates for the work at the other buildings soon.
It’s vital that you continue to report these issues to Thames Water. You can report to Thames Water on 0800 316 9800 or by visiting their website - Thames Water - Report a problem - View and report problems.
If you have any problems with your heating, please call us on 0800 3 282 282. We can also assist with water drops and temporary heaters.
