Thames Water is continuing work in the E1 area and, unfortunately, during this time you’re likely to see periods of low and no pressure to your water supply.
We’re continuing to monitor the situation, and we know that the pressure is still fluctuating in E1.
We’re almost there in terms of the infrastructure for new pipework for your building, which should help with the fluctuating water pressure.
We’re hoping that we can confirm the start dates for the work soon.
Vollasky House
We’ve now completed all the technical design and ground surveys, and are going to install a new mains supply and booster pumps.
Our specialist contractor was due to start this work on Monday 23 March. However, the arrival of the specialist pumps and equipment has been delayed and the work will now start on Monday 13 April. The work will last for four days.
As the work progresses, we’ll have to turn off your water supply when the booster pumps are connected. We’ll confirm the date nearer the time.

The ground surveys have started and we’re hoping that the excavation will start soon.
Hobson’s Place
Work will start on Wednesday 25 March, and will involve carrying out essential repairs to the water pumps that serve the block. This means that on 25 March, your water supply may need to be turned off at times. We’ll let you know before we turn off the water, and how long we expect the water to be off for.
