Tower Hamlets - 10 April

Thames Water is continuing work in the E1 area and, unfortunately, during this time you’re likely to see periods of low and no pressure to your water supply.

We’re continuing to monitor the situation, and we know that the pressure is still fluctuating in E1.

We’re almost there in terms of the infrastructure for new pipework for your building, which should help with the fluctuating water pressure.

We’re hoping that we can confirm the start dates for the work soon.

We’ve now completed all the technical design and ground surveys, and are going to install a new mains supply and booster pumps.

Work will start on Monday 13 April and is expected to last for four days.

As the work progresses, we’ll have to turn off your water supply when the booster pumps are connected. We’ll confirm nearer the time.

The ground surveys have started and we’re hoping that the excavation will start on Monday 13 April.
